2010 and 2009 Loire reds and whites are superb, but really we have a succession of good vintages. Both Yannick Amirault and Jean Pierre-Chevalier of Château de Villeneuve are officially in organic conversion but as they say nothing has changed for generations. They have quietly been organic for years!
