Principessa Isabella has decided that she needed help in her quest to take the thousand-year old family estate to even greater heights. Given that she spends many months each year visiting her worldwide customers, and commutes weekly to Susegana from her home in Belgium, handing over some of her responsibilities means that she'll be able to see rather more of her husband and children. This spring she took on Leonardo Ricci, former MD of the famous Lungarotti estate near Perugia.

Principessa Isabella is convinced that Leonardo Ricci's injection of modernity, super efficiency and precision thinking, honed in the wine estate that many people consider put Umbria on the vinous map,  will be a great boost to Conte Collalto's unceasing efforts to do even better.
