The Company

Thorman Hunt was established in 1978 to provide top quality examples of individual French growers wines to the UK Independent Wine Trade. Since that time, our focus has, very much, remained on France and whilst our portfolio and customer base have grown, our ideals have not been compromised.

Today, 95% of the producers we represent are French, but we are also UK agents for such notable producers as Massaya (Lebanon), Shafer Vineyards (California), Kilikanoon (South Australia), Argiano (Italy), Tokaj Classic (Hungary) and Staete Landt (New Zealand).

All of our representatives visit our producers on a very regular basis. As such, they are able to offer their customers a high level of first hand knowledge and advice. Our predominantly French administration team is fully focused on providing exemplary customer service - whether arranging delivery from our extensive stocks held at London City Bond, Tilbury or facilitating ex cellar purchases directly from our producers.

We continue to supply, exclusively, the Independent Wine Trade throughout the UK and, in London, the finest hotels and restaurants.
